Return and Exchange Policy
At Flywio.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to help with returns or exchanges, provided the items meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
1. Return and Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and Unworn: The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
- Original Packaging: All items must be returned with their original packaging, tags, and any accessories or documentation that were included with the original shipment.
- No Signs of Use: Items should be free from damage, wear, or alterations.
We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the item has been used, worn, or altered in any way, or if it does not meet the conditions listed above.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@flywio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. In your email, please provide:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return or exchange.
- The items you wish to return or exchange.
Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps, including obtaining a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, we will process your exchange once we have received the returned item. The replacement item will be shipped out as soon as possible.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@flywio.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
